After a lengthy search and many visits to other daycares, we were happy to find Margarita (Jasmine). My daughter started at Jasmine's at 5 months old in May of 2020 - a very odd time to begin anything new. Margarita and her mother run the daycare and they made us feel completely comfortable; our daughter loved going to daycare since day 1.
Margarita and "Mama CeDe" made us and our daughter feel like family; everything was always very professional, but familial and cordial. It was the ideal scenario, for us as parents of our one and only child, to feel perfectly comfortable and entrusting them with "our baby." Also noteworthy, they NEVER had to shutdown for any COVID related issues; our daughter never got it and all cases were handled abruptly and appropriately - we always felt safe with Margarita.
Fast forward nearly 3 years, it was time for her to jump to preschool and she was exceptionally prepared. She still misses her time at Margarita's, but knows it was time to move up to preschool. We'll still visit and want to keep Margarita and Mama CeDe in our lives b/c they were and always will be an integral part to our development as parents and the exceptional development of our daughter.

We have entrusted Margarita with our twin girls since they were four months old, and it has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. Our girls love Margarita; they are excited to see her every morning and light up when we get to her house! Our girls are now almost two and we consider Margarita part of our family. It gives us such peace of mind to know that our daughters are loved and cared for by someone as special as Margarita.
She is incredibly communicative and responsive, and always keeps us updated with how the girls are doing by sending photos and updates. I would enthusiastically recommend Margarita to anyone seeking safe, high-quality care for their little ones.

My son has been attending Jasmine's Home Daycare for a little over a year and a half and it has been the biggest blessing in our lives. There's a sense you have as a mother when you find the right person to watch over your child, and that person is Margarita. When we first started with Jasmine's Daycare, I was so nervous to leave my son with anyone when I went back to work, but Margarita made me feel so comfortable. She sent me pictures daily of my son happy and enjoying his day. As he progressed into toddler-hood, she would give me daily reports on their educational activities, as well as how he ate, his naps, and how he interacted with other children.
Margarita cooks the children healthy food every day and was incredibly supportive of me continuing to breast feed and provide breast milk each day. She speaks to my son in Spanish per our request so that he can be bilingual.
In watching her interactions with all of the children, it's incredibly clear that this is not a job for her, this is her life's work and passion. She cares for the children as her own.
Margarita has truly become part of our family and I can't imagine anyone else taking as wonderful of care of my son.

I am so happy with Margarita and her daycare! When I left San Diego, leaving her was the hardest part. My son loved to go there and he was always happy and joyfully tired of playing and exploring. Margarita's communication was always open and detailed, with reports everyday. She took care of my son as if he was her own and she's been such a blessing for us.

My son has been going to margaritas daycare since he was four month old and has been there for almost a year. I toured multiple places but chose her because she was very easy to communicate with and she has tons of activities for the kids and lots of experience. My son learns new things from her and the other kids weekly and she gives daily updates. She’s very flexible with your work schedule and truly loves the kids she takes care of.

I met Margarita in December 2018 and she had the last spot available for an infant. I signed immediately for my 6 month old son. And it was the best decision ever!! My little boy went to this family daycare for 10 months and Margarita was absolutely great!! She was always happy, positive and loving with the kids and she taught them age appropriate rules. She went the extra miles more than a few times and this helped tremendously our family!!
If you want someone to trust with your little ones, Margarita is the right person!

My family loves Margarita and everything about her and her home daycare. My 8 month son has been going to her every day since I've been back to work-after maternity leave, and we can tell he is learning something new every day. He loves playing with the other kids, and Margarita. We can tell she really cares about our son, and all the other kids.They have helped to encourage him to roll over, crawl, and try to talk. He has his naps, and is fed nutritional meals every day. I am given a report of everything he ate, and did that day. The home daycare is in a safe neighborhood, and we sign our son in, and out, every day. He is freshly changed, clean, and happy when i pick him up every night. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a daycare for your child!!!
